About the Employer
Patient in a home setting. The patient requires assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medical needs such as medication administration, respiratory care (trach and ventilator management), catheter care, and a bowel program. Additional responsibilities include performing range of motion exercises, monitoring for pressure sores, and providing emotional support. Ideal candidates should have experience with quadriplegic care, possess strong clinical skills, and demonstrate patience, reliability, and empathy.
